Boston Terrier Rescue of Greater HoustonBoston Terrier Rescue of Greater Houston is a non-profit corporation that is focused on rescuing, rehabilitating, and permanently re-homing abandoned, neglected, abused, and surrendered Boston Terriers in the area. Its goal is to reduce the number of abused and homeless companion animals.

The furry friends that come to their doorstep are thoroughly examined by their veterinarians, are treated for any illness or injury including heartworm and broken bones, are spayed/neutered, are given proper vaccinations, are de-wormed, bathed, and placed in flea and heartworm preventative.

As a community-supported animal welfare group, they rely on the help of volunteers to achieve their goals. They are encouraging people to open up their homes for foster pets who need some time to heal before getting adopted into their new and loving forever families.

Volunteers can also help in adoption events, in processing adoption applications, through transporting dogs from one place to another, through doing home visits for potential adopters, and spreading the news about the group’s intentions.

People can also help them through donating via PayPal, through Igive.com, or through shopping at Kroger’s and Randall’s.

They can be contacted through email at houstonbtrescue@gmail.com or through fax at 281-862-7120. For more information about this group, please visit their website at http://www.houstonbostonrescue.org.
