Missy's Haven San Antonio Canine RescueMissy’s Haven Canine Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue group that aims to educate the public regarding the tragic pet over-population problem in the US and especially in San Antonio so one day, rescues will no longer be needed. Their vision is to elevate the status of animals in society through facilitating a culture change in how people acquire animals and how they commit to those animals they choose to make a part of their family.

Being a non-profit group, they rely on the help of the community to support their mission. People can donate items like Pet food (Costco or Pedigree, Science Diet), Dawn (regular blue), non-escapable “Premiere” brand collars, leashes, bowls (stainless steel), blankets (new or gently used), Frontline flea treatment, tents for adoption or market umbrellas, animal crates (wire), dog beds and covers, and home improvement stores gift cards. People can also donate cash through PayPal or through iGive.
