Northeast Animal Rescue - NARNortheast Animal Rescue (NAR) is a non-profit animal welfare advocate group that aims to help save homeless, unwanted, and abandoned cats in Northeast Philadelphia. They focus on having feral (wild) cats spayed and/or neutered to decrease overpopulation. The friendly feline friends that they come across with are given medical attention, are placed in foster homes, and then put up for adoption.

They are open for donations from kindhearted individuals. In-cash donations can be sent to NAR through mail while in-kind donations can be dropped at their PetSmart location on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. Some of the items that they need include:

  • Feral Cat & Kitten Traps
  • Advantage/Frontline Flea
