Little Orphan Angels Animal WelfareLittle Orphan Angels Animal Rescue (LOA) is a non-profit animal welfare group dedicated to the “rescue and adoption of companion cats and dogs which are needlessly euthanized because they are homeless”.

As a way to promote responsible animal ownership, LOA requires all adopted animals to be tested for and vaccinated against diseases. They also urge pet guardians to have their furry friends examined by a veterinarian. Moreover, they strongly support the sparing or neutering of all companion animals and in line with this, they tirelessly educate the public about the need to control animal over-population in the community.
