Adoptable Labradors in San Diego

Labrador RescuersLabrador Rescuers

Labrador Rescuers is a private and non-profit animal welfare organization that saves, rehabilitates, and rehomes stray, abandoned, or unwanted Labrador Retrievers into loving and caring homes so that they could be loved forever in their new homes.

Foster homes play a big part in the organizations work. Volunteers welcome dogs into their homes, provide food, shelter, exercise, training, and love until the dog finds a permanent family. The foster homes provide basic necessities while Labrador Rescuers take care of vaccination as well as spaying/neutering costs.

Aside from fostering, members of the community are also welcome to help out through the following means:

  • Fundraising
  • Transporting dogs
  • Assisting Web Team
  • Walking boarded dogs
  • Checking homes to approve adopters
  • Assist with marketing activities
  • Handling dogs at adoption events
  • Assist with graphic design

People can also help through giving cash donations that can help fund microchipping, food, shelter, spaying or neutering, vaccinations, pet visits, as well as x-rays. Safe credit card donations can be made via PayPal.
