Animal Rights Fund California

Animal Rights Fund (ARF) is a non-profit group dedicated to the prevention of pet overpopulation through subsidized low income spay and neuter services. They educate underserved communities about the importance of spaying and neutering all companion animals.

Moreover, they also focus on various animal rights issues like animal testing, National Animal Cruelty Database Partnership, dog fighting, vivisection, Eradicating Breed Specific Legislation (BSL), banning puppy mills, declawing, devocalization, pet stores using animals solely from shelters, tethering, and more.

Their vision is to make sure that spay and neuter services are both available and affordable to all pet guardians during times of financial hardship. Their ultimate goal is to eradicate the need for euthanasia as a means of controlling the pet overpopulation problem. They plan to accomplish this goal through their programs, community education, social media campaigns and any other media outlets they can utilize.

People can help the group through making safe credit card donations via PayPal.

ARF can be reached through mail at P.O. Box 1258, Cardiff by the Sea, CA  92007. They can also be contacted through phone at (800) 207-2864 from Mondays to Fridays at 8:00 in the morning to 4:00 in the afternoon. Concerns can also be sent through email at
