Bill Foundation

Bill Foundation is a non-profit animal welfare group that seeks to rescue as many dogs as possible to alleviate the suffering of those abandoned in shelters or on the street. The group strives to provide the highest standard of vet care and training until the dogs are adopted into stable safe loving homes.

Interested parties who wish to take part in the group’s effort of saving the lives of countless companion animals through the following volunteer options:

– Adoption Books

Print and coordinate the notebooks placed in vet’s offices and around town featuring the current BF rescues up for adoption on Petfinder.

– Anniversary Mailer

Each month BF sends out cards and donation requests to past adopters. This is an ongoing project and involves stuffing envelopes, which can be done from home.

– Cage Cards

On each crate at the adoption fair are laminated bios of the particular dog, which supply information to potential adopters. Cards are updated on a regular basis. BF will supply the laminating machine, paper and ink.

– Sunday Adoption Fairs

Responsibilities include setting up crates, walking dogs, showing dogs to the public and breaking down crates and cleanup.

– Foster a Dog

– Pet Taxi

Help transport dogs from vets, shelters, owners, or rescue groups.

– Fundraising

– Office

They are always in need of volunteers who possess organizational abilities–data entry, filing, cross-indexing, communications; those who can help with our mailings, database and record keeping. If you have any office skills, or just nice penmanship, you can help.

– Professionals

They are also in need occasionally of expert advice in legal matters and contracts. We also need help with printing, publications, accounting, editing, and skilled labor.

– Grant Writing

They are also looking for someone experienced in the grant writing area of fundraising.

The group can be reached through mail at PO Box 5202, Beverly Hills, CA 90209, through phone at 310.860.0171 and through email at
