The Cats Meow Rescue is a non-profit and no-kill group dedicated to saving feline lives. It seeks to make a difference in the lives of cats in need through rescuing cats from the 24-hour red list that LA City shelters post to let people know which cats have less than a day to live before being euthanized, funding and providing spay/neuter clinics in the surrounding LA communities, educating community members on the importance of spaying and neutering, and rehoming our rescued cats to responsible and caring families.
The group has many different types of volunteer opportunities available. Interested parties can help with adoption events, transport animals to medical appointments, do home checks, photograph our cats for adoption listings, foster a cat or kitten, or care for our animals waiting for a foster.
Community members can also help the group in achieving their goals by donating financially online.
The group can be reached through mail at 826 N. Harper Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90046, USA.
