Escondido Humane Society

The Escondido Humane Society is a non-profit group that provides animal care, adoption, education and protection services to north inland San Diego County. Its mission is to promote responsible pet ownership by teaching compassion, respect, and caring treatment for all living creatures.

As an open-door shelter, they take in any stray companion animal within our jurisdictions regardless of age, breed, medical or behavioral needs, or attractiveness to potential adopters.
