Frisky Paws Rescue is a non-profit animal welfare group dedicated to helping find new and better homes for homeless and abandoned companion animals in Houston.
It makes a difference by raising money to help defray the costs of fostering (food, medicines, surgeries, grooming, etc.) some of these great pets until they find a new home. Frisky Paws also hopes to help identify and work to resolve some of the root causes for the high number of homeless pets in Houston.
They work hard to find good homes for all of the cats and dogs that we rescue from BARC. All of Frisky Paws Rescue’s cats and dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on shots, and microchipped before being offered for adoption. They follow up with each adopter once an animal has been placed in a home to be certain that the adoption is successful.
Members of the community play a crucial role in the success of giving a second chance at a happy life for animals in need under the group’s care. Interested parties may donate financially via PayPal.
