Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy

Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & AdvocacyMayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy is an animal welfare advocate group devoted to rescuing, rehabilitating, and securing placement for pit bull and pit bull mixes into responsible, permanent, and loving homes. They also educate the public about the Pit Bull breed in the hopes of ending cruelty against them and reestablishing these dogs as beloved family pets.

They are constantly seeking for individuals who are willing to dedicate their time and energy for the sake of helping furry kind. People can volunteer as:

  • Foster Coordinator— the primary resource for existing foster homes and will assist in recruiting new foster homes for the organization.
  • Grant Writer— responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to secure grant funding in support of Mayday’s programs and campaigns.
