Pup Squad Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization that aims to save puppies and nursing litters from the streets and then place them in loving adoptive homes that they can call their own.
It began as an initiative to save puppies from the streets so that they may be protected not only from environmental harm but also from certain death by euthanasia. Today, they aim to rescue as many pups as they can before they can enter shelters.
As part of their efforts, they provide support and education to the adopters as well as to the community on the proper treatment of these furry friends. Aside from rescue efforts, they also promote spaying/neutering of pets as well as human animal care to reduce the number of euthanized animals in Houston and other surrounding areas.
They rely on kind-hearted donors to sustain deworming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering microchipping, and treatment of liver hunts, Parvo, and severe skin conditions as well as specialized orthopedic surgeries. All amounts are welcome and will greatly help in their cause.
Pup Squad Animal Rescue’s office is located at the Houston Pavilions where interested parties can visit on Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm. People can also get in touch with them through this contact form. For more information, please visit http://www.pupsquad.org.
