Tree House Humane Society

Tree House Humane SocietyTree House Humane Society is a non-profit animal welfare advocate group that aims to enhance the lives of companion animals in the community through innovative and progressive programs. They seek out homes for every healthy and treatable animal that come their way, with special attention given to stray cats with special physical and emotional needs. They also strive to educate the public on the importance of responsible pet care.

Their services include:

  • Admission of sick and injured stray cats into their facility where each furry friend is rehabilitated and then put up for adoption.
  • Spay/Neuter Program to combat the problem of pet overpopulation in the area and to ensure that no animal is ever killed for lack of home.
  • TNR Feral Friends Program for feral colony caretakers.
  • Behavioral counseling to address issues such as improper elimination, biting, scratching furniture, and more.
  • Pet Food Pantry Program for low income pet owners which allows their clients to keep their pets well nourished in spite of financial difficulties
  • Education Outreach Program which educates the public about the importance of responsible, compassionate care for pets and the ill effects of neglect and abuse among them.
